not much of a update apart from I was thinking on how to rub-down the bumper returns ready for painting
as my modified bumper is from a NA C900 so its not painted & I'm using my turbo bumper returns as these are in better condition than the ones that came with the NA bumper...

instead of rubbing down the bumper returns I got out my Karcher pressure washer & blasted the old paint of the returns I got 95% of the paint off in 10 minutes :00000449

so now nearly ready for painting & refitting the modified bumper

As I said: on the left side of the Bumper with Double-sided Tape!
Or behind the windscreen, German Police didnt bother either.

Looks quite agressive, finally a sloped snouter that I like.

But most important: Did you achieve better cooling?

I'll put the old numberplate behind the windscreen as a temporary measure until I can get a smaller one made up..
as for cooling don't know yet still have not driven the car today, but tomorrow I'm off to see some Saab spares
so I'll see how the rad temp goes & see if the boost is different

glad you like the sloped snouter (post face lifted) :00000449

still, the question rather is whether it has any use of cooling the FMIC any more?
