Hi zusammen,

Thomas

PS: Ansonsten scheint Fa. Domhöfer gute Arbeit geleistet zu haben. Man sieht wieder alles.

1) Motor starten

Thomas

Gern geschehen !

Cabin temperature sensor

Open circuit or short to B+

Fault symptoms:

Perceived temperature in cabin too high or too low compared to the set temperature.

Conditions

The following conditions apply:

• Open circuit or short to B+ on pin 20 >4.9 V.

• Short to ground on pin 20<0.1 V.

• Measured every 440 ms and 5 consecutive measurements are required to set a diagnostic trouble code.

• The diagnostic trouble code is deleted after the ignition has been switched on 20 times if the malfunction conditions have not been fulfilled.

• When the diagnostic trouble code is set, the control module uses a default value. When the ignition is turned on, the outside temperature is used as a default value and after that, a mean value of the calculated temperatures at head height for the front seat passenger and the driver is used.

Solar sensor

Open circuit or communication error

Fault symptoms:

Perceived temperature in cabin too high or too low compared to the set temperature.

Conditions

The following conditions apply:

• Open circuit or communication error.

• The solar sensor sends an identification pulse continuously, 5V-0V-5V. The control module searches for identification pulses during time periods of 440 ms. When five successive measurements have been made with no pulse pattern, a DTC is generated.

• The diagnostic trouble code is deleted after the ignition has been switched on 20 times if the malfunction conditions have not been fulfilled.

• When the diagnostic trouble code has been generated, the control module uses a default value, that being the latest valid value. When ignition is turned on, 0 W/m 2 .

Fault symptoms:

Perceived temperature in cabin too high or too low compared to the set temperature.

Conditions

The following conditions apply:

• Open circuit or short to B+ on pin 19 >4.9 V.

• Short to ground on pin 19<0.1 V.

• Measured every 440 ms and 5 consecutive measurements are required to set a diagnostic trouble code.

• The diagnostic trouble code is deleted after the ignition has been switched on 20 times if the malfunction conditions have not been fulfilled.

• When the diagnostic trouble code is set, the control module uses the default value, which is the relative opening of the air-mixing flap in question multiplied by the coolant temperature.
