Saab-Treffen in Mosina-Polen
Schon zum dritten Mal hintereinander, fand vom 25 bis 27 Mai 2012 das klassische Saab Treffen in Mosina-Polen statt. Auch heuer war der Ehrengast des GT-Clubs, Erik Carlsson mit von der Partie. Während des Treffens fand die Vorstellung des neu erschienenes Fotoalbum mit dem Titel SAAB statt. Dieses Buch beinhaltet in der polnisch-englischen Ausgabe über 1000 Fotografien unter anderem auch 150 aus dem privatem Archiv von Erik Carlsson, welche bis dato nie offiziell publiziert wurden. Einer unserer Club-Kollegen hat beschlossen, seine Sammlung, (12 Fahrzeuge) zu lösen. Die Entscheidung war schnell getroffen. Ich sah, und fuhr das Auto vor einem Jahr. Ich bin selber sehr gespannt. Vollrestauration ! Nix ausser Ärger !
Ich schließe aus diesem Tread dass es sich hier um die von mir vermittelte Werkstätte geht. Da in diesem Tread Aussagen getroffen wurden welche meine Person betreffen und ich diese Aussagen als unfair und unrichtig empfinde möchte ich folgendes anmerken: - Ich war, bin und werde immer in Fragen zum Thema "Restauration" bereit sein zu diskutieren und alle Unklarheiten zu beseitigen. - Da ich, wie alle die mich kennen wissen, ein begeisterterer Saab Liebhaber bin,wollte ich einem Club Kollegen helfen und habe Ihm eine Werkstätte meines Vertrauens vermittelt. Ich habe keinen einzigen Euro für diesen "Freundschaftsdienst" verlangt und auch nicht bekommen. - Wovon ich sehr enttäuscht bin und es überhaupt nicht verstehe, ist warum der Gerald nicht zuerst mich kontaktiert hat mit seinem Problem, sonder es in einer "nicht sehr feinen" Form es dem Forum präsentiert hat. (Seitdem ich mich in Österreich befinde, hab ich immer das schöne Sprichwort gehört: "Mit Reden, kommen die Leute zusammen") aber es scheint nicht immer so zu sein! - Als langjähriger Autoverkäufer in einem GM Saab Betrieb, bin ich gewohnt Probleme welche ich nicht produziert oder verursacht habe zu lösen. Ebenso bin ich auch daran gewöhnt mit Menschen in Kontakt zu kommen welche Silber (Blech) zahlen und Gold bekommen wollen. - Meinen Guten Willen und meine Hilfsbereitschaft hab ich zusätzlich bewiesen mit dem weiter Verkauf des 99er EMS, welcher dem Gerald nach Kauf, nicht zufrieden gestellt hat. (Das hab ich damals bei der Übernahme des Fahrzeugs deklariert.) Mittlerweile ist der neue Besitzer des EMS sehr zufrieden damit. Zu der Aussage von einem Menschen der mich nicht kennt lese ich dann solche Sätze – „sehr nett“. „Zu der Werkstatt und ihrem Verbindungsmann in Österreich hatte ich mich ja früher schon aus einem Bauchgefühl heraus negativ geäußert “ P.S Das die Kupplung tatsächlich kaputt ist fast unwahrscheinlich (sie war sogar in sehr gutem Zustand) , ich habe mit der Werkstatt über dieses Thema bereit telefoniert und es gibt sogar Fotomaterial zu diesem Fall.

We can handle the funding until the loan is in place. Many honorable people are working very hard on this to get to a resolution. Several very sophisticated but not very nimble bureaucracies are involved and this isn't the only challenge in front of them today. All of this takes time which Saab may, or may not have. I have not seen any dark agendas by any of the parties here at all - everyone is trying to find solutions. Rather than place blame, if all parties "pitch" in the same direction, there should still a bit of hope. Then again, we have been here and hopeful for months now. Kudos, JAJ Dear colleagues It is with heavy heart that today I must address myself to you and tell you that GM decided to phase out Saab's operations. I and many others have in the end was optimistic and saw an opportunity to close the deal in a positive way. To need to give You this information in the days before Christmas is the worst I have ever had to make in my professional life. You should know that myself and the rest of the management is extremely grateful for your loyalty and attitude that you demonstrated during a very trying year. You all have worked hard and earnestly, and shown a great willingness. I do not think Saab spirit may be described as anything other than unique and outstanding. We have something very special for us here at Saab and I hope it is something we can each carry with us in the future. We are now with a vengeance. It is not the answer we have worked for and hoped for. But it is a comfort. Now, the information must get to sink in and then we will work to ensure that this settlement will take place in the most responsible way possible.
