Nevs’ composition proposal approved by Court

The District Court of Vänersborg today approved the composition proposal earlier presented by Nevs, as the stipulated number of creditors’ votes needed for the court to decide in favor of the composition proposal was achieved.

 

The number of present creditors entitled to vote, and those who on beforehand had approved the proposal and signed a proxy for the Administrator to vote for them, amounted to 98,2 percent of the creditors and 98,6 percent of the amount of the debt.

 

The composition means that claims up to 500’000 SEK will be fully paid, and that claims above 500’000 SEK will be reduced by 50 percent. Of a total of 573 creditors 469 will get their full claim paid.

 

The payments will be performed in two steps. The first within 60 days from the date that the Court’s decision is legally valid, and the second step within six months from the same date. The composition as well as the operating costs for the coming months will be financed by Nevs’ main owner. Nevs intends to apply for exiting the reorganization as soon as the composition is legally valid in mid-April.

 

“A composition was needed for Nevs to exit the reorganization in order to be able to sign commercially viable agreements with our OEM and financial partners we have been in dialogue with for a long time. We appreciate the support from our suppliers, with whom we want to continue to develop long-term relations”, said Mattias Bergman, President Nevs.

 

“My duty as Administrator is to secure that the composition is favorable for both the company and the creditors. Todays’ decision creates possibilities both for the development of Nevs’ business as well as future business potentials for the creditors”, said the Administrator, Attorney Lars Eric Gustafsson, Hamilton Law Firm.

Jupp... Schuldenschnitt für NEVS. Angeblich soll ja mitte April ein Partner/Investor bekanntgegeben werden. Die Rückgewinnung der Namensrechte ist auch noch offen.

Na, sobald wieder ein Saab auf einem Saab-Stand bei einer der Leitmessen der Automobilwirtschaft steht, wirds auch für jene interessant, die letztlich tatsächlich über Erfolg und MIsserfolg dieser Aktion entscheiden werden. Die potentiellen Kunden, die dem Image Saab auf wundersame Weise noch immer etwas abgewinnen können. Vorher ist es doch reine Zeitverschwendung, sich als Privatmann um dieses Hickhack zu kümmern. Hier hilft weder Enthusiasmus noch Monstranzentragen oder mantrahaftes Herunterbeten angeblicher Saab-Tugenden. Hier braucht es überzeugende neue Produkte, die auch jene ansprechen, die gegenwärtig keinen Schimmer davon haben, was ein Saab ist. Saab müsste sich neu erfinden, so wie sich Tesla erfinden musste. Doch das ist reine Theorie und Borgward ein eher ungeeignetes Beispiel.

Jensen soll jetzt ja auch reanimiert werden... Ich warte auch noch auf den neuen Panhard.

NEVS verlässt "Rekonstruktion", Umschuldung erfolgreich

 

469 der insgesamt 573 Gläubiger erhalten den vollen Betrag zurück. NEVS bezeichnet diesen nun vollzogenen Schritt als Voraussetzung für einen Vertragsabschluss mit einem neuen Investor.

Nevs has exited the reorganization

The District Court of Vänersborg has today, April 15, 2015 decided that the reorganization of Nevs shall cease as the purpose of the reorganization is fulfilled.

 

The reorganization of Nevs was initiated August 29, 2014 for a period of three months. The reorganization was prolonged for a period of three months at two occasions, December 11, 2014 and March 11, 2015.

 

On March 23, 2015 the District Court of Vänersborg approved the composition proposal by Nevs after a vote where 98,2 percent of the creditors representing 98,6 percent of the amount of the debt was in favor for the composition. On April 14 The District Court’s approval of the composition became legally valid.

Mahindra soll lt. Presseberichten ein Angebot für Pininfarina abgegeben haben. Pininfarina hatte zuletzt auch in Schweden eine Firma in Kooperation mit Volvo. Der letzte Designchef bei Saab, Jason Castriota, war einige Jahre für Pininfarina tätig.

To take the opportunity of Saab Festival and to welcome Saab fans who have travelled all the way to Trollhättan, Nevs is hosting an Open House at itsTechnical Development Center on Friday June 5.

During the one day program from 10.00-16.00, Nevs offers different time slots for a wide range of activities. Visitors will be given a guided lab tour to know how a high-quality vehicle is developed and verified. Our EV program director will also be on-site, presenting the first produced EV. A riding experience with one of our test drivers of the Nevs produced 9-3 Aero Model Year 2014 will be provided on our professional test track.

Die Lokalzeitung berichtet heute von der Grundsteinlegung einer Nevs-Produktionsstätte in China. Und von neuen Geschäftspartnern.

Danach ist Nevs mit 50%, die IT Firmen Teamsun mit 40% und SRIT ( State Research Institute Technology ) mit 10% beteiligt. Ziel: Bau von E-Fahrzeugen.

Von Bank of China hätte es überdies eine Kreditzusage von etwa 1,5 Milliarden Euro gegeben.

 

Sieht nicht gut aus für Trollhättan, obwohl laut Nevs dort in Produktionstechnik ausgebildet werden soll (KnowHow Transfer ?). Auch solle Forschung und Entwicklung von Schweden gesteuert werden.

Produziert werden kann alles mögliche in Trollhättan... nur "Saab" darf im Augenblick nicht drauf stehen, da die Namensrechte durch die Saab-Konzernmutter entzogen wurden.

Aktuell forscht man mit wenigen Leuten an etwas "neuem" und fertigt nebenbei gegen Lohn für Volvo Teile... (keine Autos) !
